All our high-rise work uses water-fed pole systems from ground level β€” we do not do rope-access or bosun chair work, which keeps your liability exposure low.

Recurring contracts

Monthly storefront window cleaning is our most common recurring engagement β€” particularly for restaurants and retail along Hurontario, First Street, and the waterfront strip in Collingwood, plus the Wasaga Beach beach strip. Standard 30-day terms for recurring commercial contracts. One-off jobs are typically billed on completion. We accept e-transfer, credit card (with surcharge), and corporate cheques.
How high can you reach for window cleaning?
Our water-fed pole system reaches 50+ feet safely from the ground. That covers most 4-5 storey buildings. For taller buildings we work with a partner that handles rope-access work.
Can you handle multiple locations?
Yes β€” we work with property management companies and multi-location retailers across our service area. We can quote master contracts covering multiple properties and consolidate billing.
