Our process: purified water + traditional squeegee
For ground-floor and accessible windows, we use traditional squeegee technique — fast, precise, no shortcuts. For upper-floor windows and large glass walls, we use a water-fed pole system with purified water that leaves no residue and dries spot-free. This combination gives us the best of both worlds: surgical detail on the windows you see every day, and safe, ladder-free access on the upper floors that are hard to reach.
Residential window cleaning
Most of our residential work is twice a year: a spring clean to remove winter grime, then a fall clean before the snow sets in. Waterfront homeowners often add a late-summer third clean to deal with hard water spray. Every clean includes interior and exterior glass, screens, tracks, and a full walk-through before we leave.
Commercial window cleaning
We work with retail storefronts, office buildings, restaurants, condos, and property management companies across our service area. Most commercial clients are on a recurring schedule — monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly depending on their needs. We invoice on terms, carry $2M general liability, and coordinate with your property manager or staff for access.
