Snow removal built for the snowbelt.

Per-visit snow clearing for driveways in the Collingwood–Blue Mountains core — $80 a visit for a single-car driveway, $115 for a double, salt included. No season-long contract to sign: book when the snow lands, and a compact machine that fits where plow trucks can’t does the rest.

Per-visit pricing, no season-long contract

You book a visit; we clear the driveway. A single-car driveway is $80 a visit, a double is $115 — flat, per call, salt included. There is no seasonal contract to sign and no trigger-depth fine print, because you decide when we come.

Walkways are a $25 add-on to any driveway visit — front steps and the path to your door, cleared and salted in the same stop. We don’t clear walkways on their own; the machine is already there for the driveway, and that is what makes the add-on price work.

A Georgian Bay winter doesn’t spread its snow evenly. Lake-effect streamers can bury a driveway twice in one week, then hand you a quiet February thaw. Per-visit means the heavy weeks cost what they cost — and the quiet ones cost you nothing.

A machine built for driveways, not parking lots

We run a compact all-wheel-steer utility machine with a snow blower, a pusher and an angle broom up front. It turns inside a two-car driveway. It fits down a sidewalk. It goes where a pickup with a plow blade physically cannot.

The difference shows all winter and again in spring. A truck blade shoves snow wherever it stops — against your garage door, across your walkway, into the lawn edge it just gouged. Our machine places snow instead of piling it, and your lawn is still a lawn in April.

  • Blower: deep snow thrown onto the lawn — not stacked in a wall against the garage
  • Angle broom: light snowfalls swept off, the pass a plow blade can't make
  • Pusher: the heavy mid-range, moved without tearing up lawn edges
  • The ridge across the end of the drive is part of the job, not an extra

Salt is included — and we’ll be straight about what it does

Every visit ends with salt, applied with a calibrated spreader — measured for the surface, not dumped by the shovelful. It is in the price. There is no separate line item to think about.

Here’s the honest part. Salt lowers the odds of ice; it does not repeal winter. In a deep freeze it loses its bite, and no contractor’s salt is different. After we leave, melt-off can refreeze — that overnight glaze after a sunny February afternoon is freeze-thaw physics, not a missed visit. We’d rather you read that here than discover it in January.

Managing a property? Every visit leaves a paper trail

Visits are logged — date, time, what was cleared, what was applied — so if a slip-and-fall question ever lands on your desk, you hand over a record, not a recollection.

You may already know us. We handle parking garage cleaning, windows and gutters for properties in this area — WSIB coverage on every worker, one contractor to call instead of five. Per-visit winter clearing is one more call to the same crew that already knows your property.

A tight map, and an honest one

Snow only works close to home. We clear in the Collingwood and Blue Mountains core — not all fourteen communities we clean windows in. A machine that is half a town away when the squall ends is late everywhere, so the map stays tight on purpose.

After a big snowfall, bookings run in the order they land — call or text early and you are near the front of the run. Close to the core but not in it? Ask. If the route can absorb you we’ll say so, and if it can’t, we’ll say that too.

Winter-ready in one visit

Line up a fall gutter clean and Christmas lights, and we stage both before the freeze: gutters emptied so meltwater has somewhere to go, lights clipped up while the ladders are dry — and when the first squall lands, winter clearing is one text away.

It's the same logic as everything else we do. You'd rather make one call. So would we.

Common Questions

Answers, before you call.

How much does snow clearing cost?
A single-car driveway is $80 a visit and a double is $115, salt included. Walkways are a $25 add-on to any driveway visit. That’s the whole price list — no seasonal contract, no trigger-depth fine print, no extras.
Do I have to sign a seasonal contract?
No. We only clear per visit: you book when snow lands, we come, you pay for that visit. If you want us back after the next squall, book again — plenty of people text us all winter, but nothing obligates you past the visit you booked.
Is salt included?
Yes — every visit ends with salt, applied with a calibrated spreader. Fair warning we’d rather give here: salt lowers the odds of ice but doesn’t repeal winter, and overnight refreeze after a thaw is physics, not a missed visit.
Can you do just my walkway?
Walkways are a $25 add-on to a driveway visit, not a stand-alone service. The machine is already on site for the driveway — that’s what makes the add-on price work. On its own, the trip doesn’t.
Do you plow commercial parking lots?
No. We’re built for driveways and walkways — tight quarters, not open lots. For a large lot you want a truck outfit, and we’ll tell you so.
When should I book?
When snow is coming or just landed — call or text, and bookings run in the order they arrive. After a big lake-effect dump the route fills fast, so the earlier you’re in, the earlier the machine reaches your street.

Where we do this.

Snow runs a tighter map than our other services: the Collingwood–Blue Mountains core. Nearby? Ask — if the route can absorb you, we’ll say so.
